Bluestem Brands / TravelNet Solutions / HSBC
Introduced to sales & finance at HSBC and product management while expanding a digital marketing startup. Then spent a decade as a leader in a multi-brand e-commerce company doing over a billion dollars in annual revenue. Integrated 10+ brand acquisitions, built proprietary fintech products from the ground up, and scaled product & UX teams while launching a multi-tenant e-commerce platform.

Led product and technology for the nation's largest youth sports platform following NBC Sports' acquisition of SportsEngine. Solved complex scheduling, registration, and league-management systems at a scale that touched millions of families across the country.

Used LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows to unlock measureable changes in project efficiency and quality — applying product thinking to a problem with real planetary stakes.
